E. Paige Freitag, is an associate attorney at Jones, McGlasson & Benckart, P.C. Paige graduated magna cum laude from the University of Evansville in 1994 and received her J.D. from the Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington in 1997.

Following law school, Paige spent five years as Law Clerk for the Honorable Edward W. Najam, Jr. of the Indiana Court of Appeals. She practiced civil rights law in both the non-profit and government sectors as a Staff Attorney for the Indiana Civil Liberties Union and as a Trial Attorney for the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission. She also spent time as a city Attorney for the City of Bloomington.

In 2006, Paige left government and non-profit work to enter private practice. Her current practice areas include civil and criminal appeals, appellate consultation, all aspects of estate planning, probate, and trust administration, and elder law, including Medicaid planning, applications and appeals.

Paige lives just outside Bloomington with her husband, Christian, and their two dogs, Cooper and Lucy Bean.
