Our firm traces its roots back to 1947 with the establishment of the firm formerly known as Rogers & Rogers by David Rogers and his father, Donald Rogers (later the first Judge of the Monroe Superior Court). The firm now consists of Robert Delano Jones, Thomas M. McGlasson, Janet C. Stavropoulos, and Lyndsay H. Miller, along with Judith C. Benckart and David A. Rogers, both of whom are of Counsel to the firm.
Jones, McGlasson & Benckart, P.C. is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers. Over the years, the name has changed; however, the practice has remained the same as a general civil and trial practice with an emphasis on Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate & Estate Administration, Tax Law, Banking Law, Real Estate Law (including the firm-owned Home Title Service), Corporate Law, Immigration and Naturalization, and Plaintiff Personal Injury.
We are located in the historic Walnut Square building, just one block south of town square, convenient to downtown Bloomington.
